By downloading, installing, or using the ONE WATCH app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 2. Description of Service

ONE WATCH is free to download and includes core features at no charge. ONE WATCH Premium unlocks additional features (home screen widgets, Apple Watch complications, weekday selector, multiple contact photos, per-contact availability toggle, and more). Premium is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.

3. Subscription & Billing

FANONE offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly plans. Payment is charged through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.

4. Lifetime Purchase The lifetime option is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium features for the lifetime of the App on your Apple ID, with no recurring charges. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's App Store refund policy. 5. Accuracy of Data

Local times, weather data, and the "good time to call" indicator are provided for informational purposes only. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit and may not always be accurate or available. The "good time to call" indicator is a guideline based on your settings, not a recommendation — please use your own judgement before contacting anyone. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the property of ONE WATCH — Dipl. Ing. Johann Szebeni. Apple, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, WeatherKit, and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

7. User Content & Limitation of Liability You may add personal information about your contacts (names, photos, time zones, cities) to the App. This content is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility — you must have appropriate permission from the people you add, particularly when adding photos. ONE WATCH is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, incorrect time or weather data, or damages arising from the use of the App. 8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 9. Contact
