No personal data is collected, stored, or shared. No account or registration is required. No tracking or analytics tools are used. No advertising SDKs are integrated. 3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us: Contacts you add to the app (name, photo, city, time zone, call window, weekday preferences, availability settings) Your language and time-format preferences (12-hour vs 24-hour) Appearance preference (light, dark, system) Widget configuration Subscription status

4. Weather Data

Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit and processed directly on your device. No location data is sent to third-party servers.

5. Apple Watch Synchronisation If you use ONE WATCH on Apple Watch, your contact data is synchronised between your iPhone and Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. The data never leaves your Apple devices and is not transmitted to us or any third party. 6. Subscription Data

Subscription and lifetime purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. 7. Children's Privacy

ONE WATCH does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, the App is safe for users of all ages. 8. Third-Party Services

ONE WATCH does not share any data with third parties. The only external connection is to Apple's WeatherKit service as described above. 9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to request, correct, or delete. You can remove all app data by uninstalling ONE WATCH from your devices. 10. Changes to This Policy
